Job responsibilities –
• Maintains the work structure by refreshing employment necessities and sets of responsibilities for all positions.

• Maintains worker benefits programs and advises representatives of advantages by examining and surveying advantage needs and patterns; prescribing advantage projects to administration; coordinating the preparing of advantage claims; getting and assessing advantage contract offers; granting advantage contracts; planning and directing instructive projects on advantage programs.
• Ensures legitimate consistence by observing and executing appropriate human asset government and state necessities; leading examinations; looking after records; speaking to the association at hearings.
